Our Story
Charley Grey opened its doors in 2006. Back then, we focused on helping businesses attract new customers by elevating their brand visually through strong, modern design efforts. The visual branding concept is still here, but since then we have turned fully digital. We design and develop websites that attract, engage, and convert potential online customers into actual paying customers. Our primary focus is through the implementation of organic SEO – enabling our clients to stay on top of search results around their industry and location.

Our team is filled with entrepreneurs, artists, storytellers, and web geniuses. Most of the employees at our web agency wear multiple hats and love every minute of it. We pride ourselves in creating a professional work environment that enables our employees to have an optimal work/life balance. Our team members are all local and are equal participants to every project we deliver.
Courtney Reimmuth
The Inspirational Enthusiast
Courtney is a business owner, mom, world traveler, dot connector, problem solver, and Enneagram junkie. In 2006, she left corporate America and her full-time accounting job to raise her daughter, Charley, and start her own company. The experience of owning her own business paved the way for what Charley Grey is known for today – a managed web and digital marketing agency.
She is currently continuing her education and working towards her Masters in Positive Psychology. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys cooking, hot yoga, traveling, and spontaneous adventures with her two children – Charley and Grey.

Alisha Blankenship
The Web & Design Guru
Alisha joined the Charley Grey team in 2017. After learning that she went to college full time and worked full time, all while purchasing a new home, we knew that this girl had a drive. Throughout her years in marketing, she has worked with clients small and large. Her unique style and use of typography enable her to stand out from the crowd, helping make all the pieces work together.
Alisha is a self-proclaimed dog lover and proud dog mom to her three fur babies. In her spare time, you can find Alisha listening to music, cooking, baking, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
Matt Weisgerber
The Fixer & Project Manager
Matt is Charley Grey’s fixer and project manager! During his time with us, he’s put his 20+ years of web design and coding experience to good use. Not only does Matt manage our new website builds, he also helps keep everyone on task for each project so we can meet our deadlines and produce the best possible websites. As one of the main contacts for clients, Matt works hard to provide the best customer service, ensuring that Charley Grey meets every need and expectation.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys cooking, writing, photography, and losing in chess to his daughter.
Jennifer Brugh
The Social Media Schemer
Jen is the brains behind our social media presence. She joined Charley Grey in 2020 and has been hard at work, getting us and all of our clients up to speed. Her passion for brand storytelling and knowledge of social media marketing is critical when it comes to providing superior service to Charley Grey clients. As the self-proclaimed Social Media Schemer, Jen is usually scroll-deep on Facebook or Instagram, looking for ideas and tackling the algorithms.
When she steps away from the screens, Jen enjoys being active, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two pups.
Ian Abba
The Make Things Work Guy
Ian joined Charley Grey in 2022, stepping into the role of Operations Manager. With a degree in finance, Ian spent the past 10 years managing federal grants for different institutions, which means he knows how to handle the cash. Here at Charley Grey, Ian is taking care of all the behind-the-scenes stuff like Financial projections, margin analysis, accounting, developing policies and procedures, contract development, payroll, and more. He’s running a tight ship and helping us grow!
Originally from New Orleans, LA, Ian has also enjoyed traveling to live in other parts of the country, including Scottsdale, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, and San Diego, CA – Just to name a few.
