ACH AUTHORIZATION FORM

Managed Website Subscription fees (both the onboarding fee and monthly subscription fee) are paid via ACH withdrawal from your bank. This method saves us both billing time and does not have any additional processing fees. We can accept a credit card, but a 5% processing fee will be applied to your invoices. As a reminder, the onboarding fee will be initiated on the day of our Discovery meeting and the monthly fee will start 30 days thereafter - on the 1st or 15th - whichever is closest to 30 days.
